Application:
CBS(CZ) is an accelerator with high activity and has greatly delayed action, high anti-scorching quality, processing safety and short cure time. Its activity can be reinforced by thiuram and dithiocarbamate type alkaline accelerators. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber tube, cable and other technical rubber goods.

Application:

Application: TMQ is a very important category rubber antioxidant. Application:Used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability comPARed to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not so active. DPG can be used in latex as secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-flouride foam process

Properties: Slightly foul odor and bitter taste, nonpoisonous. Specific gravity: 1.46-1.52.Soluble in ethyl acetone, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, ethyl alcohol. Not easily soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline.

Application:MBT is fast and nonpolluting accelerator suitable for rubbers and latex; can achieve good cold vulcanization when used together with secondary accelerator TMTD, TETD, DPG; it gives vulcanized rubbers excellent anti-aging property, and is mainly used in the manufacture of tyres,tubes,rubber belts, adhesive tape, rubber shoes,hoses etc; can not be used as food material.
